The Connect Event will bring together industry professionals for a full day of guest speakers, keynote presentations, member-focused sessions, and networking opportunities. It is designed to encourage meaningful connections, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across the sector.

Delegate Terms and Conditions

BSHAA Event Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a place at this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking Confirmation:

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.

Non-Refundable Policy:

All ticket purchases are non-refundable.

In the event that you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague, subject to notifying BSHAA in writing at least 48 hours before the event.

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

Event Cancellation or Postponement:

In the unlikely event that BSHAA cancels or postpones the event, all bookings will be transferred to the rescheduled date.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague but no refunds will be provided.

Changes to the Programme:

BSHAA reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, or venue if necessary.

Liability:

BSHAA is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees.
